ALEX REUSS
Co-Founder & President
Alex is a former member of Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts’ cabinet and executive vice president of legislation and policy for the NE Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prior to that, she was a senior legislative advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice, a U.S. Department of Agriculture official, and a policy aide in the United States Senate.
Over the course of her service in government, Alex led strategic communications efforts for the State of Nebraska and its governor. She advised the U.S. Attorney General through one of the most turbulent periods in the history of the Justice Department. She helped advance policy reforms and trade deals at the USDA that benefited America’s farmers and ranchers. And she crafted policy and engaged in high-stakes legislative battles in the United States Congress—usually on the same side as her husband.
After leaving government service, Alex directed policy efforts for Nebraska’s largest statewide business association and represented the state’s employers before the state legislature on key issues from infrastructure and economic development to tax reform.
ANDY REUSS

Andy is a former senior White House speechwriter, U.S. Department of Justice spokesman, and policy aide in the United States Senate.

Over the course of his service in government, Andy wrote speeches and op-eds for audiences in dozens of countries and all 50 states. He provided on-the-record comments for the U.S. Department of Justice in high-profile cases and investigations. And he crafted policy and engaged in high-stakes legislative battles in the United States Congress—usually on the same side as his wife.

Since leaving government service, Andy has written for businesses, non-profit organizations, politicians, and trade associations across the country—as well as Super Bowl winners, Hall of Fame coaches, and one of the greatest NBA players of all time.
